MEDIATION SERVICES

Monica Amor is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator. She brings over 23 years of litigation experience to her mediation practice. Monica represented workers' compensation insurance carrier for years. She later began representing injured workers, and has been doing so ever since. 

Monica Amor brings a unique perspective as she has extensive experience as prior defense and claimant's counsel. Consequently, she brings to the table an ability to bring both sides to compromise in any mediation setting. She is also a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation by the Florida Bar. Her extensive experience and specialization in the field of workers' compensation has given her great exposure and an ability to impact the outcomes of mediations through the compromise of all parties involved. She is fully bilingual, and as such, native fluent in both English and Spanish. In addition, if the parties wish, she can draft a mediation agreement in both English and Spanish and obviate the need for an interpreter. 

While she has extensive experience in the field of workers' compensation, Monica Amor is also available to provide mediation services in any civil court matter. She is available for mediations in person, via zoom, or telephonically. Mediation can also be scheduled to take place at our office, if you prefer.
