Monica Amor received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami in 1994 and then attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in May 1997. Later that same year, she was admitted to the Florida Bar and has been practicing law in Florida ever since.
Monica specializes in workers’ compensation cases. She previously represented major corporations and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters. She has, however, been representing injured workers exclusively since 2007. She is Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation by the Florida Bar. She also represents persons in claims against creditors and debt collectors for violations of FDCPA, FCCPA, and TCPA. She is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
